Trial purchases are one-time access periods. Refund eligibility may be limited once credentials have been issued or services have been used.
Annual memberships
Members should contact support promptly after an unintended purchase. Eligibility considers purchase timing, benefit activation, and any travel or fulfillment already requested.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected to the original payment method after review.
How to request review
Contact members@vaultclub.com with your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request. Reviews are handled individually and do not guarantee approval.
